Ways to use Social Media for Effective Meetings

What ways can you use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc to make your meetings more productive? Here are a few to get you started:

1) To announce a meeting

2) Collect ideas before, during and after the meeting (Make sure the question to stimulate the new ideas is clear and focused).

3) Communicate updates onĀ  “next steps” discussed during the meeting

4) Deliver relevant information before the meeting such as PowerPoint presentations
